Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. Here's what to expect when you place an order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Processing times may extend during holidays or periods of high demand. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will start processing the following business day.
Shipping Method
We primarily use UPS Ground for all shipments. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $200. This applies to standard shipping only. Expedited or priority shipping options are available at additional cost.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship internationally or to US territories. Shipments are limited to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or third-party logistics providers for forwarding services.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout to cover lost, damaged, or delayed packages. If you do not select insurance, OSYRIS Health is not liable for package losses or damages during transit, including packages marked as delivered but not received.
Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. OSYRIS Health is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If a package is returned to us because of incorrect information, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
