Return Policy
OSYRIS Health maintains a strict no-returns, no-refunds policy to protect the integrity of our products. Research chemicals cannot be resold once they've left our facility — accepting returns would compromise the chain of custody that our customers depend on.
That said, we do make limited exceptions when the mistake is on our end.
Shipping Errors
All claims of incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt. After this period, we cannot accept returns regardless of the circumstances.
To initiate a shipping error claim, you must provide photographic evidence of the incorrect item, including the original packaging. We will verify the error against our fulfillment records and, if confirmed, ship the correct product at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
No exceptions are made for products marked as final sale, discounted, or purchased with coupon codes. These items are not eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances, even in the case of shipping errors.
We do not accept returns for subjective reasons such as dissatisfaction with product performance or packaging appearance.
Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
If there's a disagreement about a shipment or product, contact us directly first. We're committed to working with our customers to reach a fair resolution. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the order date. Disputes raised after this period will be considered invalid.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the loss of future purchase privileges with OSYRIS Health. We reserve the right to provide supporting documentation to your credit card company to dispute chargebacks, including proof of delivery, order confirmation, and tracking data.
